I recommend Audi Pensacola but, my first experience getting the oil changed was not great. My appointment was at 1PM and I was 10 min early. At 2:45, I asked about my car as no one came to talk with me about the length of time it was taking. The female I asked about it could not find it at first. Then, it felt like it had been forgotten because it was then taken to car wash. All of this only after I asked about it like I said.

I can't say enough good things about my Audi of Pensacola service experience. Rich Lord was incredibly helpful. I went in to get a battery for my remote but asked a couple of questions about the navigation program in my Q5. He immediately jumped into my car with me and showed me how to connect my phone to the system then showed me how to use the somewhat finicky system. This was my second Q5 as the one I bought in July was totaled in Hurricane Sally. I am very happy with my experience! Rich is great!

As with any car buying experience, service after the sale will make or break a dealership. Audi Pensacola will never have a problem keeping customers due to the continuing excellence and professionalism shown by Rich Lord, Rich invariably has a solution planned for any issue, quickly getting things resolved including working with multiple vendors if needed, to take care of his customers and get them back on the road as soon as possible. As modern cars are getting more expensive across all makes, several other local dealerships could learn from Audi Pensacola about customer service, Rich’s straightforward and honest approach to his customers is an example to them all of how it should be done.

I’m an older person who needed a vehicle for my daughter to drive for her and her children’s doctor appointments. We found a vehicle and paid cash approximately 7000 was told there were no issues or recalls. Within a month had to put cv axels on the both sides of the front end the the exhaust manifold had to be replaced then it started using excessive oil and we found it was on a recall list for this problem but not before there was damage to the engine and the vehicle can not be driven and a new engine will cost about 2500 and another 800 to 1000 for the new engine to be installed. I called and spoke to the person who I purchased it from and he said if I bring it back to him I can use it for a trade in We did a little investigating and found they were aware of the recall but didn’t disclose so there’s no way I’ll trust them. I just lost a large part of my savings and for someone who lives on social security that’s a hard pill to swallow. So run from them.

My annual service appt. went great. During Covid-19, they practice all the CDC recommended protocols to keep everyone safe. Everyone was polite and helpful. Text messaging starts incase you want to communicate with service dept while you are waiting. Also get a complimentary car wash. Details of service were provided as well. Great service experience!

They were ready for me even though I was early for my appointment. I had my 75000 mile service and inspection and the service associate was able to get me into a service plan which saved me money. Also loved the drop off and pick up service so I could get some work done at home while they were servicing my car. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely go back for my next service.

Ernie was a great salesman that asked about our needs and wants, and did not try to push the sale of a vehicle for the sake of a sale. He was able to work a very good deal, but again he did not push it. The Q5 is a great vehicle with a drive that I call a "driving experience." I would highly recommend Ernie and an Audi to anyone shopping around. When we showed up to get our vehicle after dealer prep, it was perfect. Ernie then took us through the basic training of the car's many systems and spent time making sure we had no questions. 5 Stars to Ernie and his Audi support staff!! Thank you!

I understand that having to drive 3 hours round trip to the dealership is on me, but I'm frustrated when I have to make 3 trips for a service that I scheduled weeks in advance. I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday at its scheduled time, but was told that they were so busy that I would have to come back on Monday to get it. It was inconvenient, but they let me borrow a loaner car. I went back two days later to pick it up and after driving 3 hours round trip again realized they forgot to reset the service warning. When I inquired how to reset it, I learned that I had to bring it back to the dealership AGAIN just to reset the service warning... So now I've wasted over 9 hours this week to have a scheduled service completed. I would take my vehicle to a different Audi dealer if there was another option. Forgetting something so simple makes me question what else they forgot during an $800 service. I don't know why I pay high prices for mediocre service... I honestly dread taking my vehicle there every 6 months because its always something and they obviously don't value my time...

My wife has been looking for a new car for several weeks, on Nov. 28 we stopped in and was greeted by Chris Deichert-salesman. She test drove a Q5, Chris was professional, VERY knowledgeable, and spent time showing what vehicles were available from dealers within their network. ( they did not have exactly what she wanted) Chris answered all of our questions and we felt absolutely no pressure at any time. This is what might make this review a little different. We did not buy an Audi, BUT it was in no way due to the way we were treated. My wife commented later, she hated not buying from him, he was so knowledgeable and just did a great job. It boiled down that my wife simply decided to go in a different direction. If you are looking at Audi for your next purchase, look up Chris you will not be disappointed.

Richard, our service tech, gave us an accurate estimate of the time it would take to do the repairs. (Replace windshield). When we asked about options for replacing tinting we had on the previous window, he showed us a great option which we took him up on. He kept us notified of approaching finishing time as well. Other than their charging ports at the middle table not working, their WiFi did and we were happy waiting with our iPads.

I rarely provide feedback beyond picking a rating box or in this case a star. I am making an exception due to the purely superb customer service I received from Rich. In this day and age, respect has taken a real hit and it isn't what it was when I was growing up. When respect is paramount, it is truly noteworthy. Link top-notch customer service with respect and you'll understand my experience with Rich. He always goes above and beyond making me think my last visit would be hard to beat, however he did it again. My wife was impressed as well and she was impressed on how fast we were met and sent on our way with a rental. It was waiting on us to basically get it and drive off. BTW, kudos to Greg (mechanic) for taking time to explain one of the indicators, much appreciated. Yes, it is true people buy Audis because they are excellent autos. Your service department brings the customers back. I'm an Audi driver for life.

Well, it started when we just came in to browse and discovered that my hubby's Tesla had been splattered with wet road paint. Ernie went over and above and took the car through their car wash and then had it pressure washed up in the wheel wells. We only browsed that day as we needed to get home and do some hand cleaning. But, his attention got us to return and purchase a vehicle. Great experience all the way around. Highly recommend. (Now I have to figure out all the bells and whistles - and they help with that as well)

I literally bought my A6 over text messaging. Time spent ; 60 seconds sending 4 texts, 3 minutes doing a credit app online, 30 minutes at the dealer signing paperwork. Got promised a good interest rate before I got there, Ernie my sales rep and the top notch team of professionals got it down even further. Get ahold of Ernie if you need a new car. Whatever they are paying Rich, service rep, they need to double it immediately. Not only did he hook me up with a great loaner, he kept me updated as parts were ordered and service was being completed. Facilities are top of the line, cleanliness a top priority and the people are genuinely nice and attentive. Bought a used Audi at noon but they didn’t want us to take it until they ran it through mechanics and detail. Finally by 4:45pm the next day- we were told it’s in detail and almost done. When we picked up the car- they had taken the ‘family’ stickers off the window and threw water on the car- it definitely was NOT detailed. Large tar spots were still visible, the food stains I pointed out the previous day still in car- seats not wiped down- when I got home dawn soap took everything off. They lost my trust for sure. I don’t even know if they changed the oil as I got no paperwork.

Bought a used 2008 BMW Z4 from them. No haggle sale, a long distance buy so trusting the salesperson was key. The delivery shipment to us in KY was delayed by Audi Pensacola to fix things that they could easily have passed off on a ‘no warranty, as is’ car. Kudos to them for that. Scary smooth experience, in the best way possible! I have more car buys under my belt at age 65 than I probably should (maybe 20 or so..) and this one was the best ever. William Nichols was my contact for the ENTIRE process (how is that even possible?). I traded a pristine 2019 A5 Sportback Prestige that I bought new 8 months ago for a new (leftover) 2019 RS5. I cold called (and luckily got William) late in the day on Tuesday and told him what I was interested in trying to work out as a deal trading cars. (I am 5 hours away from Pensacola so William is taking me at my word, along with 4-5 iphone driveway pictures regarding my car) He got back to me in an hour and the counter offer they presented was a very fair deal, that I accepted. William did all of the paperwork during the next 3 days. We drove up and met him Saturday morning of the same week and literally were out the door in 45 minutes. That even includes a delay that was caused by a time zone wait for the Audi Financial final docs to arrive that morning. There was never any hint of upselling, or any games being played. The entire process was totally professional and smooth. My wife was prepped for the usual 4 hour head beating that we are used to, and we were simply blown away by the total lack of drama this car buy had. William is a long term, multiple Audi owner, to boot. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat. GREAT EXPERIENCE. (And a really good deal on my car). 5 stars!

Nate is top notch, if you need a car this is the place and he is the guy! After several poor experiences at other dealerships my daughter and I went to Audi to look at 2 cars. It is worth noting that at this point we were wary and tired of same old tactics. To our delight Nate made us comfortable right away! There was no hard sell or condescending talk as we had experienced so many times before. Nate was courteous, and spoke to us like we were people and not a commission. He actually helped us make a decision to buy a car that was less expensive than one of the cars we had come to see. He was honest and forthcoming letting us know that he thought the less expensive car would be the better car! We were sold right there and then. The service department is meticulous, the car was delivered to us detailed beautifully. Furthermore, Audi Pensacola stands by the cars they sell. We had a minor issue with the car we purchased and they were on top of it. Christina in the service department is wonderful! Probably the best dealership I’ve worked with yet. My girlfriend and I were on a 2,300 mile round trip road trip and a sensor went bad on my engine which made the car go into a safe mode and not shift above 4,000RPMS; it became a total snail and absolutely sucked to drive up and down mountains/hills. On our ride down south I tried calling 5 different dealerships who basically said “we don’t have that part and we don’t have availability to do emergency service.” And hung up. I called Audi of Pensacola and talked to Rich Lord in service and he was more than happy to take in my car to check it out; he told me that a lot of dealers want to turn away customers that they think they will only see once but he wants to help out anyone he can and I appreciate him a lot for that. The sensor problem turned out to be a little more technical than just replace the sensor but Rich was determined to not put our road trip in a bind and ended up getting the issue repaired before we had to leave Gulf Shores. I can’t thank Audi of Pensacola and Rich enough for taking my car in when no one else did, and then working hard to make sure things would be fixed in time. 10/10 would definitely recommend this dealership.

Brought my car in due the air conditioning not working properly. I was quoted $2,700.00 to replace a A/C compressor, A/C valve, 3 rings, and 7 hours worth of labor. I declined due to feeling like the work needed to be done was grossly over priced. Sure enough all the parts necessary together were only $57. The total labor, plus A/C recharge took 25 minutes total to repair. I'm all for fair labor and a fair price quote, but that was extremely ridiculous. Charging a customer extremely inflated part prices on parts is wrong. I can't help but to feel like your purposely dragging out the labor to maximize profit. I love my A7 and I have no problem maintaining the maintenance and repairs on it when necessary. Certain issues I'm now reluctant to take my car to this dealership. I would honestly recommend customers recieve other service quotes from other repair shops outside of Audi Pensacola.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from William. He provided a true “dealership” experience by promptly answering my questions (honestly) and he very quickly gained my trust. We were able to handle most of the transaction on the phone and through email and texts. The car was a surprise for my wife, and the dealership went above and beyond helping me to stage this. William even had the car sitting in the showroom with a big red bow on top! They wasted zero of my time and put no pressure on me whatsoever. Compared to other places I shopped they were a cut above, and are the kind of people I like to do business with. When I showed up to pick up the car it took about 10 minutes to do the paperwork and I was done. This included the financing which was the same rate as my local credit union. There is nothing negative to say about this place, so they get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I have my car serviced at this location and highly recommend. They offer Shuttle Service within a certain milage range which is extremely convenient. They also offer loaner cars as well, but you must plan in advance. My service Tech, Richard Lorde is so professional and goes above and beyond to take care of everyone.

Ran into issues with 2013 TDI while on vacation in Northwest Florida. My car had a terrible oil leak. Audi of Tallahassee was able to repair everything and cleaned my engine of the oil that had spilled everywhere. I had excellent service. I voiced my concerns about my vehicle, and they were all addressed/solved. The estimated service time was spot on. Experience was so bad that I am seriously considering a getting a different car brand. Be prepared to wait for at least 3 hours if you need any type of service and that is with an appointment. This happened to me multiple times. Most recent visit they recommended repairs as a result of “messy oil” changes in which I have only taken my car to Audi for. They quoted $3800 in repairs for something that they should have noticed 3 months ago during my service visit. Rich Lorde apologized and agreed. Makes me think that my car was never properly serviced. Latest visit I had to return because they left a piece off of my car. Luckily I felt my car shake as a result. I can go on with the issues that I had with the service department but to sum it up, this is the worst dealership I have ever visited.

I was visiting Destin from Atlanta and my Q7 got a flat tire. This model doesn't have a spare, so my vehicle had to be towed to Pensacola for repair. Not only did the service happen the same day, Rich was able to have my vehicle returned to me in Destin the following day! The customer service at Audi Pensacola is the best I’ve had a long time. I purchased a preowned BMW 528i and the experience was great. I found the car on Autotrader.com and called in and spoke with Rep. Nalorin who kept in touch answering all of my questions as I was traveling 3 hrs. from another state to make the purchase. Nalorin scheduled an appointment for my aunt who was local to come and test drive the car for me. Once, my aunt was so pleased with Sales Rep. Ernie’s customer service that she had nothing but good things to say about him and how clean and nice the car was. The service department provided me with an appointment on the date and time I asked for, which is much appreciated. The service performed covered two areas; one was routine maintenance and the other was a recall. All work was carried out within the time quoted. I would recommend this dealer.

I arrived early for my service appointment but was greeted immediately by David, my service advisor. The service dept. went to work to diagnose the issue I had with my passenger seat. After determining the switch was defective, the problem was corrected on the spot, and I was on my way after only a couple of hours. A great job done quickly and professionally.

I had a really good experience with the Audi Pensacola dealership. I worked with Nick Mason and a few other team members and they made sure to help me get the best deal on my Audi Q7. Nick Mason went above and beyond when he volunteered to take my rental back to the Enterprise rental car that was directly across the street. Would it really have hurt to have detailed the inside of our new to us car we bought this month? Once we realized that the buck stopped after the sale we will take our servicing of our vehicle elsewhere. Customer Service is lacking. Sometimes it really is the little things. And someone should really clean all the screws off the ground by the pickup bay. Tires are expensive.

Visit to work recalls and forts vehicle service. Was promptly assisted and even given a vehicle loaner so we were able to go grab something to eat! Service didn’t take long at all! My only wish is that the car cleaning service would’ve done w better job at washing the car. The back window was completely dirty although the rest of the car was clean. I appreciate it regardless.

I recently purchased a used Lexus LS460 here. I saw the posting on Autotrader and decided to stop in and look after checking out a few other vehicles prior. I arrived at Audi Pensacola in a loud, 2000 Civic (probably looking a little disheveled from roaming car city all morning in the Florida humidity) and I was immediately greeted with a smile and was told to make myself at home and a salesman would be right with me. I grabbed some coffee and a short moment later was greeted by Nick who was nothing short of pleasant and professional. He had already pulled the vehicle around for me I was interested in and the rest of the buying process was just as smooth and he kept me informed on the progress the whole way. I was pleased to have been treated fairly given what I had drove on the lot and was even more pleased to drive off in my new (to me) Lexus. Great overall experience through and through.

I was communicating with Pensacola Audi via email about a vehicle that I wanted to purchase and trade one of my trucks. After a few emails I was told that they do not negotiate and would give me a trade in value if I came to the lot and it would take about 20 minutes. I drove to Pensacola and after much longer than 20 minutes we still did not have a price. We finally decided to leave and they said they would text or call us with the price soon. The next day I still did not hear anything. I emailed Lorin Cole 2 or 3 more times and she was going to contact somebody about the issue and have them call me. They have my email, cell and home number and here we are about 24 hours after we first got to the lot and still no response . Is there a zero star on here? They claimed that this was going to be a great experience . Wow ! If this is their best what is a bad experience like there?

Audi was recommended to us by several people based on their experiences. We are Porsche owners and since there is no local mechanics for them, Audi of Pcola was highly recommended. We met Rich Lord and let me tell you, he is now like the go to guy for us. He went above and beyond in helping us with our Porsche. He helped us not once but all the times we had concerns. The mechanic department also were very helpful, they didnt make me feel insecure but rather they were like a mentor on how we could continue to keep our Porsche running great. I am so glad we have someone here in Pensacola so we dont have to travel so far just to get our Porsche taken care of. Audi gives us a sense of security and that makes us always want to come back. Offering a loaner was perfect. It allowed me to run some errands while I waited. My only negative was with it being love bug season the car wash was a disappointment.

Audi in Pensacola is the worst at customer service. You can never get anyone to answer the phone, and once they do answer, they transfer you to someone else snd it just rings and ring. I guess you have to go in person just to make an appointment. I heard excellent things about Audi in Mobile so I called and they picked up on the 1st ring with awesome customer service and my appointment was made. My drive over will be worth it because I’m already impressed by their service. They even have a shuttle to take me to get lunch while I wait!!! Great job Audi Mobile!!

Hindsight is always 20/20 and the statements made by managers of correcting a review before issues with my truck are taken care of was poor professionalism and shady at best one of the many reasons people find going to dealerships uncomfortable and very stressful. Word to the wise review every in and out about buying used cars from delearship so you can be prepared from the loops you will definitely go through. Pretty sure everyone has not had a bad experience like this but this is my recent dealership venture and will be better prepared next time around.

Had issues with the a/c the service department stated they sae nothing wrong aftrr the a/c went out again i took it to my mechanic and a leak was found. Only way this leak could have been over looked after having the truck for a week is that it really was not service just shot some refrigerant in and sent it on its way.

Went in to purchase coolant due to a low level in our 2017 Audi. Rich Lord our service counselor became concerned due to a specific odor, and asked us if he could have one of their mechanics take a look at it. He had it checked and found that our water pump had a leak. Gave us a brand new Q5 as a loaner, until it was reparied. Excellent service.

I feel like we were lied to just to make a sale. I live in Panama City and we asked specifically, since we have no Audi, if they come pick up our car when it's due service and leave a loaner for use, as that is what BMW from Ft Walton Beach does. They said no, but we could get our free services done at VW since they are the parent company. Fair enough, we have a VW so no big deal. Well come to find out, that is NOT the case. You MUST take it to a Audi service department for your complimentary and/or paid service maintenance. Had I known this, I would NOT have even considered buying an Audi as I think it's a bit ridiculous to have to drive over 100 miles to get service done.

I drove all the way from fort Walton Beach. When I got there it took someone a while to come over there. Then they sent someone who wasn't even a salesman out there so he couldn't answer some questions.then when I got back from test driving the vehicle we went in side for a salesman to help. Then I put my information and he came back and was given and was like u need a cosigner or more money down. Then he came back and was like putting more money down isn't going to help. Then I made a phone call then came back in and give them the information to email a buyer's contract to the people I talk to. Then the salesman personally called them. When he came back they eventually sent it to them. Then he came back and was like u need to get with those people on the next step. I think he held me there till I wasn't able to make it to that place in time. The whole time there was some one else waiting and hoping it wouldn't work for me so he can get the truck. He left and the salesman Said he went to the bank to get a check. Big waste of my time

Recently purchased as used car from Audi Pensacola after I was in a car accident and my previous car was totaled. I found a car I liked off the internet and emailed the sales team regarding the price and availability of the vechile. A specific question throughout the buying process was how many keys the car came with. I have emailed proof and messages from employees stating the car came with both factory keys.. having both keys is a huge deal for me. Throughout the buying process I received confirmation that the car came with 2 keys, and it even stated this fact on the keychain. Well push comes to shove after all the papers are signed and I’m about to get into my new car, my salesman states “well actually it looks like we only have one key”.. this is pretty upsetting and very disappointing when I specifically questioned how many keys this vechile comes with. He stated would check with the managers and they will figure something out. I have not received any feedback from the management regarding this. Yes, I understand all vechile a are sold “as-is” but do not advertise and tell customers that both keys are present all throughout the buying process and after all the papers are signed “ well sorry we only have one key”.. ANOTHER BOMSHELL, came today when I get pulled over regarding my car registration. During my purchase I decided to transfer my plate from my old car to my new used car, didn’t think it would be a big deal. Well after signed the papers my salesman states they had trouble transferring my plates and they would be able to take care of it the next business date since I purchased the car at 7pm and the DMV was closed. Not a big deal, received a temp plate and went on my way. Well today I get pulled over for regarding my expiring temp plate.. and I still have not received my new registration. I called my local DMV and they stated the vechile was still registered to my OLD car. 😡😡😡😡. There has been no communication throughout any of these issues from the dealership.. Not a call, message, or email. I am completely disappointed in the dealership and the whole “sonic automotive buying experience”

We just bought our very first Audi S5 prestige. Nate helped us, he is amazing!! The first time we went to Audi they were about to close but he spent the time to talk to us about the car. We went back to test drive the Audi S5 after we test drove a Mercedes AMG E43. This dealership is amazing! Nate is amazing. He treated us as customers. He is not pushy, very understanding, very respectful. We decided to buy the car and we were in the dealership until 9:30pm, never did we feel unwelcome, never did we feel being hurried. We can’t recommend this dealership enough. One thing for sure, if we buy another AUDI, it will be from this dealership!! The easiest dealership experience we ever had. Nate was amazing salesperson to deal with and the sales manager we dealt with. Definitely see Nate if you visit Audi in Pensacola! We went to Cadillac dealership before coming to Audi and the treatment was simply Night and Day. Audi dealership and Sales person Nate for the win!!!

Went to look at a used, low mileage 2011 BMW at a great price, but after reviewing the service history that they did when they took the car in on a trade, I discovered on the report that their tech recommended a rear main oil seal (they initially said the car needed nothing). They offered to repair it for $2600 added to the price because they felt it wasn’t a required repair (even though their own tech recommended it).Last I checked, a leaking rear main seal is a big deal. Had I not asked about the service history, they would have never said anything, even though they already knew it was leaking. Kinda shady in my opinion.

Purchased a brand new Audi Q7 Prestige in June 2017. Car has been back at least 7 times in less than a year. Dealership is very non responsive. Had the same experience when calling Sonic’s Corp office. Save yourself the headaches and buy something else. Can’t wait to get something else. We have never had a bad experience with a new car.

After having a terrible experience almost buying a car at another dealership, I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service we received. The salesperson who helped us, Jonathan, didn't work on commission so he was not pushy when we were looking at the car we drove out to see. He was up front about pricing and buying information so we knew from the beginning what we were getting in to. My husband told me walking in that there was another vehicle he wanted to see before purchasing, but due to the great experience we bought the vehicle there on the spot. Never owned an Audi before; went in about 4-5 months ago. Nice facility; nice people. I normally drive fairly large Mercedes SUVs. But I did get pressured into buying a Q3 which I honestly hate. It's tiny and doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles. I should have bought something else. Totally my fault. I was interested in an A4 but for some reason let the sales person talk me into something much, much smaller. The Q3 feels like I'm in some kind of mini Cooper. But again, totally my fault.

Went to buy a pre owned vehicle today for my daughter who is just starting to drive. I live about 4hours away. Emailed earlier in the week to find out if vehicle was still on the lot. It was and Friday at around 2pm , the vehicle was supposedly put on a 24 hour courtesy hold for me. This was done via email communication with my name since they would not take a deposit. Well en route today I get a phone call that the vehicle that supposedly had a hold placed on it yesterday afternoon was in fact sold in the AM yesterday. So in essence I had a hold on a car that wasn't there? How do you not keep up with your inventory? How do you sell a car to someone else, when I inquired about it first, offered to put a deposit to hold it, and was told to call back in the afternoon and place the courtesy hold based on when I could get there to purchase the vehicle. I am sure that some have a good experience at dealership but mine was not. It was poor communication and poor business all the way around. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I loved this dealership. I didn't feel pressured and felt the salesman was extremely professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. We ultimately didn't buy the car as we thought the price was more than we wanted to pay. We tried to get them to come down a bit ($679) but were told the prices on the cars are set prices and they're not negotiable since the salesmen are salaried not commission based. However, just a few days later I got a notification from cars.com that the price was lowered lower than what we were originally offering. Oh well, if we're ever in the market again we might still give them a chance to make it up.

I came to this dealership looking to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got to the dealership and test drove the Jeep and everything seemed great until I went to park it and noticed that the check engine light was on. I asked the sales rep about it and he said the shop was aware of the light and had reset the code to see if it would happen again. The code was just for an Evap problem. This immediately turned me off because what dealership wouldn't just fix the problem as soon as they noticed it? To me it seemed like they tried to pass the buck on replacing the problem part. I also noticed that the key fob was dead and asked that the battery be replaced in it. If you guessed it was never replaced and the fob was dead when i went to remote start the Jeep you guessed correctly. During the time I was waiting for the part to come in for the dealership to fix the original error I got an alert that they dropped the price on the Jeep by 500$. I asked about this and they said it was meant to be removed and they couldn't do anything about it. Now I feel like they stole 500$ from me. I was initially attracted to this jeep because it was listed that it also had Navigation. When I drove the Jeep it did not have navigation. I asked what they could do and they said they were not responsible for inaccurate information on the website listing. So now I feel like I've had 1200$ stolen from me because they told me it would be 700$ at a Jeep place to have Nav added and that they wouldn't cover it. The sales rep was also not very responsive to messages and didn't keep me informed about the vehicle I was purchasing. I have to say I would not recommend this dealership unless you like headaches and a lot of excuses. I'd go spend my money literally at any other dealership to avoid these kinds of problems.

My husband and I were there this weekend. We found a car we loved, agreed to pay the sticker price, completed all the paperwork, they ran our credit which was flawless and just when we thought they were going to hand us the keys, a manager, Travis Kiser, came out and told us that there had been a mistake on the sticker and we had to pay $3,000 more for the car. We had never been to Audi before and we will never go back. We drove across the street and bought a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. How can you trust a dealership that won't even honor their own sticker? Unbelievable.

Buying a car was so easy because she found the exact car I wanted, handled every little hassle (paperwork, numbers, etc.), and had my car delivered, detailed and ready to go within ONE day! I didn't spend hours at the dealership. All I had to do was show up and sign then drive away in the exact vehicle I wanted (right down to the tech specs and color)!! Go to Audi Pensacola and ask for Hannah. She will take care of you personally with excellent customer service, and you will drive away happy!

We were so pleased with our experience here. Abby was so pleasant and fun to deal with. She offered lots of help and info, but we didn't feel pressured at all. She called us once after our initial visit and was just friendly. The day we bought the care she was really helpful and the upper management was friendly. We didn't have to go through a bunch of middle men and closed doors. It was the best experience we have had buying a car.
