This has been my worst car buying experience. I purchased a used Audi A6 from Brian. Within 3 days, the interior mirror had fallen off & when I brought this to his attention, it was my fault. Honestly, I take care of my belongings, so since I was able to put the mirror back on, I let it go & chose not to deal with Brian any further. The following week, the inspection light came on & the passenger mirror signal light needed repair. Ernesto, who is a Sales Manager agreed to cover the cost, as I’d just taken ownership of the car, & an appointment was made for the following week. Service switched on the inspection light, without an inspection, claiming that everything was fine (this is important). The following Saturday, before I could make the appointment to have the mirror signal repaired, the EPC & check engine lights came on & the car started hesitating during acceleration. Since it was after hours, I dropped my car off the following Monday & was told that a full diagnostic would be run & the engine issue would be repaired, as well as the mirror signal. I picked up the car the Friday of the same week & within an hour of me picking the car up, on my way to sing at a graduation, the interior mirror was hanging again. I contact Ernesto, as he was the kindest person I’d dealt with & he told me to bring the car back the next morning & take a loaner. I took the loaner & picked my car up the following Monday—mirror & engine issue were both corrected. On Wednesday evening, after leaving Bible Study with my daughter, the engine issue resurfaced & the lights were on again. I dropped the car off the following morning & took the same loaner I’d previously had. 6 days later, on a Thursday, I contacted the lender to figure out my options because at this point, I didn’t trust the repairs, nor the Audi dealership stating the repairs had been completed. I was told I could request a clean trade & attempted to contact Ernesto, but he was out that day, so I was put in contact with Sales Experience Guide, Nathan Schipper (his title is important) who told me to come in & that they want to get me in something better & reliable (his words, please pull the call to verify). I went in with a witness & Nathan’s tone & demeanor changed upon our arrival. He was aggressive & argumentative when I mentioned the word “LEMON” & went back & forth with me, walking off & coming back, arguing with me, with a raised voice the entire time. When i requested to speak with the general manager, he told me he was the manager & to get out or he’d call the police. Noting his attitude & lack of customer satisfaction skills, I found an employee who verified that the GM is Jimmy & that he would call me when he returned from lunch. Jimmy called & stated that the car was not having any issues, but that they would like to drive it for 50 miles to see if the issue arises again. This was Thursday. I received a call on Tuesday, May 30th at about 12 noon, stating that my car was ready. I picked it up at 1:30, noted on the receipt that they were unable to note any issues after driving the car for 100 miles, & drove the car 7 mies away from the dealership to my place of employment. I left work at 5, drove to a restaurant about 5 miles away, & when I left the restaurant at approximately 6:35, the engine hesitated as I was pulling into traffic & the EPC light came on AGAIN. I called Jimmy & sent him an email with my concerns, as it is after hours. I had no idea that this process would be so stressful; who would think purchasing a luxury vehicle, used or not, would cause so much grief?

I have a 2019 Audi Q5. when I picked up the car there was black greasy handprints on the sides of both seats and up the rail that connects the windshield to the drivers side door. Twice I asked that the brake pedal be checked for squeaking. The first time they forgot so they supposedly did it on the 2nd visit. If they did, they didn't check to make sure the job was done because it steals squeaks. The employees at the service desk were beyond pleasant and helpful and a pleasure to speak with but the mechanics...they leave a lot to be desired.

The service dept has gotten worse once my salesman Chris left. I brought a 2020 Q3 withe only 2k's miles that these defective brakes where never spotted since day 1 even which the brakes squeel as of day 1. Which I thought was new brake dust. A about 10 to 12 months later I brought 20 inch rims which I added spacers to help with initial shacking from the rims. But still something not right about my brakes and braking. Took it to Audi manger Jermey who even test drove it blames it on the rims and the pad spots from when rain dryer with our salty area. After 2 to 3 oil changes I was told brakes green as in good. Last wk took to it to the dealership,I was made aware from a video only with the rims still on that I needed brakes and rotors on front and rear brakes and rotors also. Took it to buget brakes and there conclusion with the brakes off and in which I witnessed up close how my brakes and rotors looked. They showed the same worn pattern on the brakes which means they were defective since I brought the Q3 which led to the scraping my rotors all along! Which is why the brakes and feel of wheel and vibration and noise when stopping was all signs to tell brakes are troubled! Dealership rep today only could say he dont know brake service that will remove the brakes for examination. This Is a warning to all don't trust dealership views of your vehicle it's a quick money grab later. Ps. The Manger Jermey says I still had 30k left on the brakes! Imagine if I had rode them that long! Well someone AT Audi owns me $745 which a fraction of what dealership "1300 price. If u want your brakes do right the 1st time! See Corey and his team at Budet Brakes on Mobile Hwy and save $!!!!!! Also I have left the video as proof of the budet brakes manager findings on all the pads

I don’t normally leave reviews, but over the last year I have had some really bad experiences with the service department with Audi Pensacola. I have problems trying to set up an appointment to have my car service. I have called, left messages, and used the chat feature on the website. I finally got through to someone about a month ago for an appointment and it was a verbal appointment over the phone for April 15th at 8:00 am for an oil change. I did not receive a confirmation so when I called to verify there was no record of my appointment. I have been told it will be another 3 weeks before I can get the car serviced. I am not happy with the service department in Pensacola. I will be looking to have my car serviced at another dealership.

We were having issues with our Q5’s brake lights and the service team was able to quickly identify the issue. While the car was being checked on, my sis brought me to run errands in her car - the service team texted me updates and even video of what was exactly going on. Wonderful experience!

Contacted Audi online and immediately got 3 missed calls from them and a text. I was at work so my service is not the best in my building. Just a warning before you put your info online they will kept contacting you until you respond. I set an appointment but had to reschedule. I sent them an email telling them that I was going to reschedule. The only response I got from Amanda was “ok.” I decided not to reach back out and reschedule because of the lack of email etiquette and customer service once I told them I needed to reschedule.

I had an appointment for a six hour recall. I was told that there were no courtesy cars available...they are all broken. The repair took 3 days to complete. After 80 miles the check engine light came back on. A $90k car with 13,500 miles had the engine light on for about 13,000 miles. I expect better quality overall.

Even calling the sales number and asking to leave a message didn't help. Audi Mobile has appointments available online within a week. So off to Mobile I go....

I LOVE EVERYTHING about Audi Pensacola. From the cozy waiting are that has a Big screen TV to the help yourself Espresso’s and snacks yo include the best Famous Amos cookies. Ernesto was my salesman from 4 years ago when I purchased my A7 from here and he’s still there. That says a lot about a company when in this day and age they have low turnover. The associates in the service center are THE MOST courteous and professional that I’ve come across in this industry. Your vehicles are in and out with a nice car wash. Car options in the used side are top tier. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this dealership. You can’t go wrong.

I took my Audi q7 to get checked out and have some things fixed. We had to leave the car there because we live in Panama City and didn’t want to wait for parts to arrived. A lot of things went wrong over the course of our car being there, but they really took care of me. Not everything was repairable and parts weren’t received, but they took care of any other maintenance I needed on the car while it was there and didn’t charge me a dime for what they were able to do. I appreciate that kind of customer service. You don’t see it everywhere and the communication was 10/10. I would definitely recommend Audi of Pensacola to anyone.

I went to Audi of Pensacola I saw a car for $22,500 I met Nick Mason and his sales manger once they came back with the number it jumped up to 28,500 and I asked why was it a $6,000 increase he told me it was a platinum footprint fee and there's nothing that they could do about it and they are not willing to bargain with it so my advice to any honest working customer my assessment do not go to this place because Nick Mason and his sales manger will use their career experience to take advantage of a customer for money Nick Mason text me today saying he will closed the deal for $25,500. I found a better car from Tameron Gulf coast very customer friendly

Ernie in finance and Nick Mason in sales oh and the receptionist even, just everyone there has always been spectacular. I can’t brag enough. My 3rd car from there in since September 5th 2020 so less than 2 1/2 years. “I buy a car every 10 months or so”. Audi Pensacola is definitely the king of the coast for vehicles. I am a veteran and I also work for The Boeing Company. My wife and I were scheduled for an appointment that was made by Audi of Pensacola for 9:35AM on Saturday, 28 January 2023. We arrived early for our appointment out of respect for everyone's time. As we were pulling into the dealership parking lot we received a message from Trevor that the vehicle we were SCHEDULED to see during our "VIP appointment" had been sold Friday night. We the customer should have been notified as soon as the car was sold. It is unprofessional to address your customer at the dealership door to tell them sorry for the late notice but I do have another vehicle, same price. Trevor ask us to wait while he goes to get the other car but 10 minutes later Trevor and the phantom car never show up nor does he send anyone to ask us to wait. We were going to purchase the vehicle we were scheduled to see today but instead we were met with a very bad business practice. Audi of Pensacola has lost a customer for life and a supporter for Audi of Pensacola.

Review specific to the service department. Consistently underperforms in communication, customer service, organization, scheduling, etc. So much so that I question my brand loyalty. Have recently driven out to Audi Mobile for the entirety of my servicing and maintenance needs. The vast majority of google reviews and external surveys that are positive are likely for the Sales department or from one of the service members specifically asking for one with the prospect of a "hook-up". The exact circumstance happened to me, but my request was also too hard.

My second request was met with an offer of a "VIP" appointment with a sales specialist who would have all the information on the car and the car cleaned and ready for a test drive. When we arrived the gentleman who greeted us scampered off to find the senior sales manager to assist us. The gentleman came back a short time later to inform us that the car was not at the lot and in fact it was in "recon" which implied to me the car was not in the condition it had been advertised. We were told to wait in the lounge where we could find coffee and water while this gentleman went to retrieve the aforementioned vehicle. After several minutes of wondering why we were doing business with this incompetent and inconsiderate business we decided to simply get into our car and leave.

I enjoyed my experience with purchasing my new to me truck. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the way business was conducted. I get the salesman has a job to do but don't try to pressure someone with the extras. I told you want I wanted and didn't want, so after the 2nd time of trying to upset and then trying to only speak to my husband, I told my husband if they come back a 3rd time we are walking. But fortunately the salesman came back the 3rd time to tell me they were going to go fill up the tank and sign paperwork.

Dropped my car off for a recall when I got it back the check engine light was on. I told the guys. They took it back and instead of fixing the issue they just cleared the code. When I drive home I noticed that my car wasn’t shifting right and I had a coolant leak. I called and got it back in. The guy said the technician forgot to plug something back up. Again when I led the cat still wasn’t performing right so I took it for a second opinion. I was told the transmission was coded wrong. Audi didn’t accept responsibility. I haven’t had any issues out of my car until I dropped it off for recall. They over filled my coolant and it started leaking. 2500 is what I’m quoted. After dropping my car off I didn’t hear anything from them. I had to call and check and follow up. If you have warranty use it but find you a solid mechanic. Very dissatisfied

Dec.10th I dropped my car off for the airbag recall. They fixed it however the drivers seat belt didn't work when we picked it up. They scheduled us to come in a week later to fix it, however we showed up and they don't have the part and our appt. was not scheduled on their end. This place is absolutely the worst Audi service center we have ever been to. I highly recommend driving to Mobile.

I live in Panama City, FL and this is the closest dealership to me for servicing my 2014 S7. Over the course of 4-5 years owning an Audi I have had only 1 service advisor (he is no longer there) who has been efficient and easy to work with. My last 2 have dropped the ball several times on answering or even returning phone calls, not having paperwork ready or vehicle ready upon arrival (I call before I make the 2 hour drive every time). The last incident included sending my wife home in a loaner vehicle with no registration (which is a criminal offense in FL if she had been pulled over) and their lack of understanding of the implications of this was laughable. I write this as I again sit and await them to call my extended warranty company to cover my repair costs which you would think had been done during the 47 days they have had my vehicle (part back ordered, not their fault). I am giving serious consideration to adding 2 hours more to my trips in order to go to Jacksonville. This review is only for service department, I can’t speak on sales. Celebrating our 37th Anniversary and decided to purchase a new car. We reviewed a lot of makes and models and decided on a luxury sport mid-size sedan. Looking, we had narrowed it down to Cadillac, Audi, Genesis, and Lexus. We saw where Audi of Pensacola had recently acquired a 2022 ES350 F Sport luxury sedan with 8400 miles. We called and set an appointment to see it and drive it. Their sales rep, Nick, met us at the door. After introductions and coffee, they brought the car up and we looked at it, drove it, then bought it. They gave us high Blue Book for our trade-in and a very fair price with all the extras on the Lexus. We could not be more satisfied at the no-pressure, easy experience we had at Audi Pensacola. Good product, good people. You can’t ask for more!

I have been waiting a while to write this to see if I still felt the same way after some time has pasted, and I do still feel passionate about this after about 4 months of ownership. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a car and couldn’t imagine it going worse. I am not lying when I say at every absolute turn of my purchasing experience had been awful. I bought out of state and the car got delivered a week and a half late, the communication with the process was awful and no one could give me an update. Once I finally got the car it was unsafe to drive and I literally feared for my life and almost got into multiple car accidents on 25min drive into work. Called Audi and they escalated the issue and was having the car get towed to go to a BMW dealership and they send it to the wrong BMW dealership to get looked at. That BMW dealership that the parent company of this Audi dealership doesn’t care to look at my car or fix the problem for literally 2 months. I get the staffing shortage, but no one could even get on the phone to tell me what was going on with my car in the service process. The Audi middle man wouldn’t even return my calls and the only person I could get ahold of was the sales guy that sold me the car but he can’t do anything. I drive to the BMW dealership of this parent company totaling 8 times and no one will speak to me in person about the car and if they do all they could say is, other car is being service”. I drove around the parking lot though and could see that the car had not moved all those weeks. Finally after I decided I was going to take a vacation in FL and go see the dealership they were “ miraculously“ able to figure out the problem and the car needed new tires and serious alignment. After correcting the problem they tried to tell me that the issue was “Never a safety issue” (even though I could not get the care above 50 without feeling like I was going to die on the highway). So they belittled me. Then once figuring out the problem I had to wait for the tires the Audi dealership had on had to be shipped to where I am at. They were to cheap to just put 4 new tires on it and get me car back after not having it for at this point going on to 2 months. After getting the car back finally everything appeared to be resolved, but I still have some issues with the car and they will not resolve the issue nor will they compensate me for the time I lost for not having the car. They also wouldn’t get me a rental car for that time I was out. To add comical insult to injury, in the paper work they had sent they sent me the wrong paper work… like seriously, if there was an opportunity to screw up they did it. Don’t buy a car here. It will be the absolute worst head ache of your life. They will only look out for their own interest and when it doesn’t serve them anymore they will screw your over. They will not communicate with you, they will not compensate you for your time, they will use and abuse you when it serves their interest. Not only is this Audi dealership this way but the parent company is just as bad and not anywhere close to being supportive. Do not buy from this dealership, do not buy form this parent company. Or do buy from them and learn what I did. Audi of Pensacola and the parent company had and continues to have every opportunity to make this right with me and has not. Don’t be me

A top notch experience at the dealership. Very transparent sales and finance folks all around. Nick did most of the legwork showing us different options on the lot while Ernesto worked up the finances. One of the quickest, nicest, and easiest auto purchases I’ve been through and here’s the kicker we never even shadowed the dreaded finance office. Paperwork was fully prefilled out and we signed it on the sales room floor with our salesman. Not a random back office employee trying to up sell us on some paint protection package. If you’re looking for a sharp salesman that isn’t pushy find Nick he’s extremely knowledgeable and very courtesy, and if you’re lucky enough to have Ernesto working on your deal prepare to be amazed.

This was probably one of the best car buying experiences my husband and I have ever had. We had been car shopping for awhile for a Chevy Tahoe. Every one we found was either outrageously priced or had a ton of miles on it. The 2017 Z71 Tahoe we purchased was everything I wanted and was looking for. My husband stumbled across it as they were bringing it on the lot and test drove it that same day. We called back and scheduled an appointment for me to test drive it the following Monday. I had to get back to work but that was no problem at all as they processed all the paperwork and had it ready for us to sign on my lunch break, we were in and out of there within 20 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly and had your best interest in mind. While their prices are non-negotiable, they are priced very decently and the best deal we found within a 200 mile radius. I was upset when I tried to go register the vehicle as the title was no good considering it was purchased in a different state. I brought this to Nick G’s attention and he promised it would be made right and would extend our temporary tag. Just waiting for that to be corrected and sent over to my DMV to finally get a tag. Within a week or so of purchasing the Tahoe I was starting to see some electrical problems with the sunroof, the phone charger, keyless entry, and the door locks. They did not hesitate to allow me to bring it in so they could find out what was going on. They were quick to find the problem and ordered the part to correct and now it is just a waiting game on when it would be delivered, not something they can help, and I am happy they are so willing to help us. Overall, they have won our business due to the professionalism, kindness, and buying experience. Everything might not of been perfect with the Tahoe, but it says a lot about them ensuring they make it right and have us taken care of.

I was talking with a salesman for two days who assured me that a vehicle would be available on my only day I was able to make it to the dealership to purchase a certain vehicle. He told me that they would put a hold on the vehicle for $1000. I agreed and he said they would call me first thing in the morning to collect the money and they were about to close for the day. Well the next morning I was informed they sold the vehicle after I had already driven half way there with a bank draft. The bad part is they were rude and very unapologetic about the entire situation. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy. Anyone can sell a vehicle the customer service is what sets places apart from the others . This dealership is horrible.

This location has been hit or miss (typically a miss) in terms of customer service since they opened. I have never received a call back from the audi service department. I have called in about a recall notice received in the mail and I was put on a "call back list" on 3 different occasions, inquired about over $3000 worth of services today and didn't get a call back from the rep, and I asked for a call back after scheduling online to see if they had a part in for a service several months ago....not one call back. That is not really the kind of service anyone is looking for Audi and while I'm considering a new car purchase, there are many other luxury cars on the market.

When purchasing the car I wish the dealership would have told me there was only one key, now I have to purchase a second key $278. The sales person was very nice and helped me in anyway he could, great during the sale and after . Audi's are great cars but when you buy a luxury car even if you purchase a used Audi you think even the smallest details would be taken care of. First time purchasing an Audi and I will defently purchase from them again in the future.

These guys really redeemed themselves. They took our company audi q7 in for dieselgate warranty. After a new turbo, dpf filter , and catalytic converter plus numerous thousands of parts they returned it to us free of charge. Will last severL more years thanks to the service dept. I got a repair completed that needed a special part ordered. When I took it in they had the wrong part so I had to bring it a second time. Six months later, the part broke and the lady on the phone said it wasn’t a “repair” and they won’t guarantee it under their 12 warranty because it isn’t a “part.” Convenient. Worst service. Just go somewhere else. Update: my fiancé called and they told HIM they would take a look. So take that for what it is. Second update: We brought the car in and they fixed what they could on the spot and ordered the part that should have been ordered the first time. They did take care of the issue, it just took 4 tries.

Got them to replace the skid plate on my car and it fell off in less than a few months. The service department said the repairs have a 12 month warranty. They lied and will do nothing. They also turned the check engine light on my car when I dropped it off. It has never been on before but magically turns on when they work on the car. This place is the worst Audi dealership I have ever used. Stay away and find another dealership to work on your car.

Contacted Dealership and attempted to purchase 2022 Toyota Highlander. Spoke with Nick and offered full price. I was told “No Deal” unless I purchased Warranty. Typical Dealership attempt to force me to buy something I don’t need. This was after I received a purchase order for $6421.50 over the asking price ( bogus tire protection, paint, dent, etc) I offered a full cash offer with a deposit via my CC over the phone which they denied. Then I was told by a manager that the car was sold by a “sister store” which up until this post is not true. They just don’t want to sell it to me I literally just spoke with a salesperson ( anonymous) who said it’s available now. Unreal.

I took my car up there and they were supposed to change out my fuel injectors and other problems. long story short they had my car a good 3 months and finally when I got my car back the check engine light came on right as I pulled off the lot. I called and noone answered and I left a VM. noone called back so the next day I drove back up there, granted I live out on Navarre beach, spoke with Chris and told him my check engine light came on and I put my diagnostic reader on my car and fuel injectors 1 and 2 we're misfiring. And when I looked over my receipt I noticed they only replaced two when I paid for ALL FOUR. so I told Chris and he got the mechanic who did the injectors and he confirmed he replaced 1&2. I told them again, my check engine light is on and it says misfiring 1and2 fuel injectors. Jeff, the service manager came and spoke with me and reassured me he would get everything taken care of and all 4 will be replaced and I was in good hands don't worry. A week goes by and no one calls me so I call them and kept playing phone tag. Finally, Jeff told me they replaced all 4 and now my fuel pump is bad and needed replaced. I was loosing out on money without my car so I just. told them I was gonna pick it up now. well guess what .. IT IS STILL READING MISFIRING INJECTOR 1 AND 2 as the check engine light is on bc of "the fuel pump" I wanted to check myself and it shows misfiring. So, Audi,. who can I contact about this bc I am paying y'all's 3rd party payment center on something y'all have not fixed. what did y'all do to my car?? anything. I am sure you can imagine just how pissed I am about this . I am contacting BBB and whoever else bc this is not okay. And other problems I have with y'all on holding my personal belongings until y'all get paid for a rental I was not supposed to be charged for. I do believe it is illegal to hold my personal items that was in that car and being told I can not grab them isn't okay either . Please contact me at 8508577025 so this can be resolved.

I took my car there and it took over a few months to get it back and put in 5k maybe more and what they say they done, didn't happen. my car still isnt running. none knows how to return your phone call or even call back like they say. i was given a rental and when they came to get it my personal belongings are in their and not allowed to get my personal items until this bill is paid and yet to know the price and why I even have a bill bc I was given this rental at no charge until my car was fixed and it's still not fixed!! I am very irate with Audi. I don't recommend this place even if every other place was on fire and this was the only place to go. save your time and don't waste it here.

UPDATE::: MAY 9, 2022 - After a negative experience a couple months ago, Audi's General Manager, along with the service team have made up for it and turned it into amazing service twice already, on 2 different issues. Jimmy went above and beyond with my initial issue described below, and got my car fixed very quickly. That's the service I remember at Audi, at every dealership I went to for years, so kuddos to him and Chris, the service Manager to have made changes and get everything sorted out! --------- For Audi Pensacola Management - This is the worst Audi dealership I have dealt with. I had a recall on my Audi, and took it to the Pensacola Audi dealership. The service manager said it would be 3 weeks to get it fixed, so 3 weeks to leave it there. It took them 2 months to get it done. When I finally got my car back, it felt like Christmas all over again. Being without a car for 2 full months is horrible, especially living in a place that requires a car to move around. Audi did not offer any rental to me in that time, and I honestly don't think they would have, even if they had cars available. The day I brought my car home, I noticed that the S5 grill emblem was gone and the grill was ripped, as if someone forced the emblem out. Called Audi and the service manager, Jeff, said it must have fallen during the carwash and that he would order me a new one. I sent him photos and videos showing that most likely the emblem could not be installed again, and a new grill had to be ordered. I emailed Jeff and called him a few times before reaching out to Audi again, and finding out that he was no longer working there - in the spam of 2 weeks. I called yet again, and Chris, the other person in the service department checked to see if the emblem came in, did not see it, and told me he would re-order it. However, my car needs a new grill that Audi doesn't want to pay for. It's been a month and a half again and no phone calls from them. I called already twice, left messages with the service department, with no return calls. While they are polite when they answer calls, they do not get things done, and don't care about their customers. The only Audi dealership in the Pensacola area, and every time I went in, everyone was on their phones - no customer greeting, completely ignoring anyone coming through the door. Too bad, they could be so much more successful if they hired the right people that actually cared.

The service team performed an oil change and changed the filter. My car was taken back shortly after dropping it off. My only complaint is that this appointment took over an hour and a half. With an hour drive to the dealership, this took four hours of a day for an oil change. Hoping that this improves for my next visit.

Have had three different Audi models serviced through AP over the years, a little disappointed they don’t provide a loaner anymore, due to the supply shortage, hard times all around. I dropped my car off at 8am for a 9:30am reservation. I was in communication with the service department all morning via text and when I asked about my car around 12:30 they said they hadn’t even touched my car yet and that there were two other cars in front of mine. When the service department finally called me they informed me that all service work has the possibility of not being finished until just before close of business and possibly the next business day. I was told I should’ve been informed of that at the drop off. I explained I wasn’t informed of that and that the communication was poor at best. Also, what would be the point in making a reservation. I had to go pick up my car without it being serviced. I’ll never use them again. This isn’t the only thing they’ve done that has been extremely inconvenient. I could’ve made other arrangements if they would’ve just explained how long they take. I’ve never had an oil change take all day.

Warranty repair of the dash was scheduled & part was ordered in September 2021. Was advised end of October was the anticipated delivery date due to the sub vendor (dash maker) had multiple quality escapes and they were doing 100% inspection of all parts. In November I called back to find out Service provider moved jobs and no one picked up our work order. Called to schedule appt due to no follow-up & waited 1-month to get In. Once we dropped it off we were called about an hour later asking what service was suppose to be done (because the vehicle wasn’t in the system). Original estimate of job was 4-hours, however when we dropped the car off I was updated with a 3-day repair since it was warranty. Received a phone call 4-days later that the vehicle had not been started due to technician shortage. Fast forward 2 weeks, now December, vehicle was complete and I went to pick up only to discover a circular scratch/oil stain about the size of a soup can on my dash. Another dash was ordered. Fortunately the manager called saying he was extremely embarrassed by their technicians trying to pass off damage. They did say they would return the car (out of town) once the repair was complete. They also called after the weekend that they had a like vehicle for us to borrow until the repair was complete. Really would not be so mad had they treated this appropriately from the start. Luxury car but not luxury service. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for reaching back out after the comedy of errors.

Audi Pensacola had my 2014 Audi A8L TDI for over month to get several things taken care of on it. Parts had to be ordered and that took a while. Understandable, given current logistic issues. My tech advisor was good about keeping me updated and they worked well with the extended warranty company. Things were satisfactory until I finally picked the car up. One of the things that I asked them to look at was funtional when I took it in, but had a minor issue in operation. After discussing the issue with the tech, it was decided to hold off on getting that particular minor issue fixed. It didn't seem to be anything catastrophic at the time. When I picked the car, the work they did do was good, however the other issue discussed was now completely broken. Brought that to the attention of the tech advisor. His repsonse was that they could give me quote to fix it. Expressed my displeasure with that action. I don't expect things to come out worse off than what they were when the car went in. Especially when it hasn't been in my possession for a month. The tech said that the serivice manager had left for the day but that he would have him call me the next day to discuss what could be done about it. Nobody has yet to call and its been a few days. That was a dissapointing ending to what had been a fairly decent experience.

Horrible experience!!! Part was back ordered and I was repeatedly given the run around. Everyone said something different. The part is here, the part is arriving this week, the part is not here, now we need another part. There are no loaner cars. My car was at the service center for 2 months, only got a loaner for 2 weeks. My car was only 5 months old, and a computer chip malfunctioned. Thus no functioning air conditioning in the summer, while in Florida. This SHOULD NOT happen to a new car. Horrible experience with the Audi Q5 hybrid, horrible experience with the service department of Audi Pensacola. This will be the LAST Audi I ever buy.

We brought our vehicle in for regularly scheduled maintenance/service, and Rich always takes great care of us. When I got pulled over in my son's school the police thought that I had stolen the vehicle and almost arrested me! I called the dealer to get things straightened out and they acted like they didn't know who I was even though I bought new from the dealer and have done all of my service there!!!! I called corporate and they didn't care either. Please spend your money on a different brand.

We recently purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from Audi Pensacola. First of all I am in love with this vehicle. It was well represented online as we never saw it until it was delivered to us. Our rep, Kayla, went over the car and showed us anything that might be of concern such as a little tiny pock mark on the inside of the passenger door BEFORE we finalized on it. Then she met us in Fort Walton Beach being we're from Tallahassee and were in FWB on business. We were able to take a final look at the vehicle before signing. At 2:45, I asked about my car as no one came to talk with me about the length of time it was taking. The female I asked about it could not find it at first. Then, it felt like it had been forgotten because it was then taken to car wash. All of this only after I asked about it like I said.

I can't say enough good things about my Audi of Pensacola service experience. Rich Lord was incredibly helpful. I went in to get a battery for my remote but asked a couple of questions about the navigation program in my Q5. He immediately jumped into my car with me and showed me how to connect my phone to the system then showed me how to use the somewhat finicky system. This was my second Q5 as the one I bought in July was totaled in Hurricane Sally. I am very happy with my experience! Rich is great!

I’m an older person who needed a vehicle for my daughter to drive for her and her children’s doctor appointments. We found a vehicle and paid cash approximately 7000 was told there were no issues or recalls. Within a month had to put cv axels on the both sides of the front end the the exhaust manifold had to be replaced then it started using excessive oil and we found it was on a recall list for this problem but not before there was damage to the engine and the vehicle can not be driven and a new engine will cost about 2500 and another 800 to 1000 for the new engine to be installed. I called and spoke to the person who I purchased it from and he said if I bring it back to him I can use it for a trade in We did a little investigating and found they were aware of the recall but didn’t disclose so there’s no way I’ll trust them. I just lost a large part of my savings and for someone who lives on social security that’s a hard pill to swallow. So run from them.

Well, it started when we just came in to browse and discovered that my hubby's Tesla had been splattered with wet road paint. Ernie went over and above and took the car through their car wash and then had it pressure washed up in the wheel wells. We only browsed that day as we needed to get home and do some hand cleaning. Bought a used Audi at noon but they didn’t want us to take it until they ran it through mechanics and detail. Finally by 4:45pm the next day- we were told it’s in detail and almost done. When we picked up the car- they had taken the ‘family’ stickers off the window and threw water on the car- it definitely was NOT detailed. Large tar spots were still visible, the food stains I pointed out the previous day still in car- seats not wiped down- when I got home dawn soap took everything off. They lost my trust for sure. I don’t even know if they changed the oil as I got no paperwork.

Brought my car in due the air conditioning not working properly. I was quoted $2,700.00 to replace a A/C compressor, A/C valve, 3 rings, and 7 hours worth of labor. I declined due to feeling like the work needed to be done was grossly over priced. Sure enough all the parts necessary together were only $57. The total labor, plus A/C recharge took 25 minutes total to repair. I'm all for fair labor and a fair price quote, but that was extremely ridiculous. Charging a customer extremely inflated part prices on parts is wrong. I can't help but to feel like your purposely dragging out the labor to maximize profit. I love my A7 and I have no problem maintaining the maintenance and repairs on it when necessary. Certain issues I'm now reluctant to take my car to this dealership. I would honestly recommend customers recieve other service quotes from other repair shops outside of Audi Pensacola.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from William. He provided a true “dealership” experience by promptly answering my questions (honestly) and he very quickly gained my trust. We were able to handle most of the transaction on the phone and through email and texts. The car was a surprise for my wife, and the dealership went above and beyond helping me to stage this. William even had the car sitting in the showroom with a big red bow on top! They wasted zero of my time and put no pressure on me whatsoever. Compared to other places I shopped they were a cut above, and are the kind of people I like to do business with. When I showed up to pick up the car it took about 10 minutes to do the paperwork and I was done. This included the financing which was the same rate as my local credit union. There is nothing negative to say about this place, so they get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I arrived early for my service appointment but was greeted immediately by David, my service advisor. The service dept. went to work to diagnose the issue I had with my passenger seat. Would it really have hurt to have detailed the inside of our new to us car we bought this month? Once we realized that the buck stopped after the sale we will take our servicing of our vehicle elsewhere. Customer Service is lacking. Sometimes it really is the little things. And someone should really clean all the screws off the ground by the pickup bay. Tires are expensive.

Unlike other dealerships salespersons, Kayla listened to our needs and desires and showed us comparable vehicles until we found the one I fell in love with but left without purchasing. I was communicating with Pensacola Audi via email about a vehicle that I wanted to purchase and trade one of my trucks. After a few emails I was told that they do not negotiate and would give me a trade in value if I came to the lot and it would take about 20 minutes. I drove to Pensacola and after much longer than 20 minutes we still did not have a price. We finally decided to leave and they said they would text or call us with the price soon. The next day I still did not hear anything. I emailed Lorin Cole 2 or 3 more times and she was going to contact somebody about the issue and have them call me. They have my email, cell and home number and here we are about 24 hours after we first got to the lot and still no response . Is there a zero star on here? They claimed that this was going to be a great experience . Wow ! If this is their best what is a bad experience like there?

Audi in Pensacola is the worst at customer service. You can never get anyone to answer the phone, and once they do answer, they transfer you to someone else snd it just rings and ring. I guess you have to go in person just to make an appointment. I heard excellent things about Audi in Mobile so I called and they picked up on the 1st ring with awesome customer service and my appointment was made. My drive over will be worth it because I’m already impressed by their service. They even have a shuttle to take me to get lunch while I wait!!! Great job Audi Mobile!!

Rich Lord our service counselor became concerned due to a specific odor, and asked us if he could have one of their mechanics take a look at it. He had it checked and found that our water pump had a leak. Gave us a brand new Q5 as a loaner, until it was reparied. Excellent service.

I feel like we were lied to just to make a sale. I live in Panama City and we asked specifically, since we have no Audi, if they come pick up our car when it's due service and leave a loaner for use, as that is what BMW from Ft Walton Beach does. They said no, but we could get our free services done at VW since they are the parent company. Fair enough, we have a VW so no big deal. Well come to find out, that is NOT the case. You MUST take it to a Audi service department for your complimentary and/or paid service maintenance. Had I known this, I would NOT have even considered buying an Audi as I think it's a bit ridiculous to have to drive over 100 miles to get service done.

I drove all the way from fort Walton Beach. When I got there it took someone a while to come over there. Then they sent someone who wasn't even a salesman out there so he couldn't answer some questions.then when I got back from test driving the vehicle we went in side for a salesman to help. Then I put my information and he came back and was given and was like u need a cosigner or more money down. Then he came back and was like putting more money down isn't going to help. Then I made a phone call then came back in and give them the information to email a buyer's contract to the people I talk to. Then the salesman personally called them. When he came back they eventually sent it to them. Then he came back and was like u need to get with those people on the next step. I think he held me there till I wasn't able to make it to that place in time. The whole time there was some one else waiting and hoping it wouldn't work for me so he can get the truck. He left and the salesman Said he went to the bank to get a check. Big waste of my time

Recently purchased as used car from Audi Pensacola after I was in a car accident and my previous car was totaled. I found a car I liked off the internet and emailed the sales team regarding the price and availability of the vechile. A specific question throughout the buying process was how many keys the car came with. I have emailed proof and messages from employees stating the car came with both factory keys.. having both keys is a huge deal for me. Throughout the buying process I received confirmation that the car came with 2 keys, and it even stated this fact on the keychain. Well push comes to shove after all the papers are signed and I’m about to get into my new car, my salesman states “well actually it looks like we only have one key”.. this is pretty upsetting and very disappointing when I specifically questioned how many keys this vechile comes with. He stated would check with the managers and they will figure something out. I have not received any feedback from the management regarding this. Yes, I understand all vechile a are sold “as-is” but do not advertise and tell customers that both keys are present all throughout the buying process and after all the papers are signed “ well sorry we only have one key”.. ANOTHER BOMSHELL, came today when I get pulled over regarding my car registration. During my purchase I decided to transfer my plate from my old car to my new used car, didn’t think it would be a big deal. Well after signed the papers my salesman states they had trouble transferring my plates and they would be able to take care of it the next business date since I purchased the car at 7pm and the DMV was closed. Not a big deal, received a temp plate and went on my way. Well today I get pulled over for regarding my expiring temp plate.. and I still have not received my new registration. I called my local DMV and they stated the vechile was still registered to my OLD car. 😡😡😡😡. There has been no communication throughout any of these issues from the dealership.. Not a call, message, or email. I am completely disappointed in the dealership and the whole “sonic automotive buying experience”

We just bought our very first Audi S5 prestige. Nate helped us, he is amazing!! The first time we went to Audi they were about to close but he spent the time to talk to us about the car. We went back to test drive the Audi S5 after we test drove a Mercedes AMG E43. This dealership is amazing! Nate is amazing. He treated us as customers. Went to look at a used, low mileage 2011 BMW at a great price, but after reviewing the service history that they did when they took the car in on a trade, I discovered on the report that their tech recommended a rear main oil seal (they initially said the car needed nothing). They offered to repair it for $2600 added to the price because they felt it wasn’t a required repair (even though their own tech recommended it).Last I checked, a leaking rear main seal is a big deal. Had I not asked about the service history, they would have never said anything, even though they already knew it was leaking. Kinda shady in my opinion.

The salesperson who helped us, Jonathan, didn't work on commission so he was not pushy when we were looking at the car we drove out to see. He was up front about pricing and buying information so we knew from the beginning what we were getting in to. I loved this dealership. I didn't feel pressured and felt the salesman was extremely professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. We ultimately didn't buy the car as we thought the price was more than we wanted to pay. We tried to get them to come down a bit ($679) but were told the prices on the cars are set prices and they're not negotiable since the salesmen are salaried not commission based. However, just a few days later I got a notification from cars.com that the price was lowered lower than what we were originally offering. Oh well, if we're ever in the market again we might still give them a chance to make it up.

I came to this dealership looking to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got to the dealership and test drove the Jeep and everything seemed great until I went to park it and noticed that the check engine light was on. I asked the sales rep about it and he said the shop was aware of the light and had reset the code to see if it would happen again. The code was just for an Evap problem. This immediately turned me off because what dealership wouldn't just fix the problem as soon as they noticed it? To me it seemed like they tried to pass the buck on replacing the problem part. I also noticed that the key fob was dead and asked that the battery be replaced in it. If you guessed it was never replaced and the fob was dead when i went to remote start the Jeep you guessed correctly. During the time I was waiting for the part to come in for the dealership to fix the original error I got an alert that they dropped the price on the Jeep by 500$. I asked about this and they said it was meant to be removed and they couldn't do anything about it. Now I feel like they stole 500$ from me. I was initially attracted to this jeep because it was listed that it also had Navigation. When I drove the Jeep it did not have navigation. I asked what they could do and they said they were not responsible for inaccurate information on the website listing. So now I feel like I've had 1200$ stolen from me because they told me it would be 700$ at a Jeep place to have Nav added and that they wouldn't cover it. The sales rep was also not very responsive to messages and didn't keep me informed about the vehicle I was purchasing. I have to say I would not recommend this dealership unless you like headaches and a lot of excuses. I'd go spend my money literally at any other dealership to avoid these kinds of problems.

We found a car we loved, agreed to pay the sticker price, completed all the paperwork, they ran our credit which was flawless and just when we thought they were going to hand us the keys, a manager, Travis Kiser, came out and told us that there had been a mistake on the sticker and we had to pay $3,000 more for the car. We had never been to Audi before and we will never go back. We drove across the street and bought a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. How can you trust a dealership that won't even honor their own sticker? Go to Audi Pensacola and experience their excellent service! HANNAH is fantastic! Buying a car was so easy because she found the exact car I wanted, handled every little hassle (paperwork, numbers, etc.), and had my car delivered, detailed and ready to go within ONE day! I didn't spend hours at the dealership. All I had to do was show up and sign then drive away in the exact vehicle I wanted (right down to the tech specs and color)!! Go to Audi Pensacola and ask for Hannah. She will take care of you personally with excellent customer service, and you will drive away happy!

Abby was super friendly and not pushy at all. She knew a lot about the car and kept in contact with us without being unbearable. There weren't a lot of middle men and closed doors and it was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely come here for our next purchase.

We were so pleased with our experience here. Abby was so pleasant and fun to deal with. She offered lots of help and info, but we didn't feel pressured at all. She called us once after our initial visit and was just friendly. The day we bought the care she was really helpful and the upper management was friendly. We didn't have to go through a bunch of middle men and closed doors. It was the best experience we have had buying a car.

Visited Pensacola Audi today for first time since they opened. 3 hours later, I am the proud new owner of an A-4. The customer service was exemplary. Our sales rep, Robert Welborn, made the buying and test driving experience a great one. And the dealership itself is just beautiful inside. Highly recommended, loved the store, and can't praise the sales staff enough. Job well done guys!!!
